This Weeks Recap..

This was a great week for the Epsilon Iota Chapter.  On Thursday, we had our Ribboning Ceremony with the Zeta Girls.  On Saturday, we had a fun filled Sister Saturday.  Saturday afternoon, we had the New Member Retreat where we played bonding and icebreaker games, it was laughter-filled afternoon.  Later on, we had our Alumnae Dinner (Kelly Abrams is our Collegiate Alumnae Director) and it was very successful! Many Alums were able to make it and catch up with their sisters, it was a wonderful night.  **Snaps to Kelly** 

Welcome Back

We are finally back up and running with the new semester.  Recruitment week was just this past week and we are giving out 9 bids! This will be our biggest class yet.  Now, we can not wait to teach these girls into becoming the great Alpha Sigma Tau’s we know and love.  This semester, we are working hard to make improvements in many different aspects of our sorority.  Although, our chapter has been cut down size wise, we are a STRONG group of girls and cannot wait to see what the rest of the semester has to offer =D

Hey Ladies!

 

Its that time again! Recruitment week is upon us. Waltz into our Candyland and join us for our recruitment events.

 

Monday 9/19/2011 we had our first Philanthropy event. We decorated goodie bags to give out to the children at the Ronald McDonald house.

 

Tuesday 9/20/2011 we had our first informational where we spoke about what is means to be a Tau 

 

Wednesday 9/21/2011 we have our second philanthropy event where we will be decorating goodie bags again for the children at the Ronald McDonald house. This event will be taking place from 6:00pm-8:00pm in room 624 of the W. 61 building.

 

Thursday 9/22/2011 we have our second informational. Come join us from 12:30-2:00pm in Room 624 of the W.61 building to find out all about us.

 

Thursday 9/22/2011 evening join us in our CandyLand for our social event from 6:00pm-8:00pm in the SAB lounge.

 

We would love to get to know you and show you how amazing it is to be part of Alpha Sigma Tau.

 

 

 

Recruitment Spring 2011!

It’s that time again to start getting excited for recruitment week of the Spring 2011 semester! New year, new sisters!

This semester’s theme is Breakfast at Tiffanys! Below are the upcoming events for recruitment week! Remember to be considered for a bid into the sorority, you must attend 3 of the events!

Philanthropy & Informational #1:

January 31st, 2011:

2:00PM-4:00PM

Join Alpha Sigma Tau Epsilon Iota at the first event of recruitment event! Learn what it means to be an Alpha Sigma Tau, what our expectations are, what yours should be, the financial, academic and philanthropic aspect of the sorority. Also a chance to make Valentine’s Day cards for underprivileged children will be created and handed out to children of the ABC program.

Philanthropy #2:

February 2nd, 2011

6:00PM-8:00PM

Join Alpha Sigma Tau Epsilon Iota for a chance to make Valentine’s Day cards for underprivileged children will be created and handed out to children of the ABC program. Learn all the types of philanthropy opportunities that the Epsilon Iota Chapter of Alpha Sigma Tau gets to experience and hear the wonderful stories about the lives we’ve help changed!
